Set Up / Production

We want you to be happy the first time, every time you order custom screen printing from Clothing 4 All. From the primary colors of red, green and blue, more than one million shades of the combination of any or all of these primary colors exist. To avoid you getting the undesired color(s) within your screen printed logo, you must write or acknowledge colors written in the invoice, for any colors desired. Colors descriptions such as "yellow", "red", etc. are at the screen printer's discretion, depending a lot upon their computer monitor's setting and/or the staff's color perception of your provided logo. Shades of a color must be explained as a PMS color. Colors such as "royal" may vary slightly from one person or organization to another. Clothing 4 All will not accept responsibility for such shade variances if a PMS color was not requested in writing. Clothing 4 All is fully responsible for instances when, for example, a color "baby blue" is ordered - yet "navy blue" or some very obvious color is used.

There are two parts to Setup / Production of a screen print order (three parts if the garment / bag is not white):

1. Initial screen / film per color: $19.99  A screen is required when using "flash cure".

2. Vector file. A jpg, gif or similar file has to be drawn into a vector file to print. In this process, a jpg, or other file is re-created by hand, as it cannot be used to print. On all orders, add $37.00 to vectorize the art. On all orders. We cannot output a jpeg, etc. onto film at a good enough quality to get a clean print. 

3. When you print on a dark shirt, a "flash cure" or white base color must be added. This process is considered another color, and thusly another screen / film cost + 20¢ per item "flash cure".. To avoid this color / base charge, use light color fabric. Screen size goes up to 14" x 14"

Changes made to logos are made @ a cost of $45 per hour or fraction thereof.

Email Proof before production: $30.00

Printing on Bags: additional 50¢ per bag, due to additional handling.

Quantity price breaks: Hats cannot be mixed with flat (shirts / jackets) to get to volume discounts.

Note: Screens are not saved. Your art is saved. Screen cost on re-orders are only $9.00 per color on orders under 144.

Color Changes: $20 per color (changing colors within a production run.
