Policy
While we can replace
damaged or defective merchandise, we can't
exchange items. In order to get exactly what
you want as quickly as possible, simply
return the unwanted item for a refund and
place a new order for the item you want.
Purchases may be returned
for any or for no reason if the item(s) are in
new condition,
and are returned within 15 days of
customer's receipt of purchase.
Returns of a dollar value in excess of
$200 are subject to a restocking fee of
25%. Clothing 4
All is a clothing broker and does not stock
inventory. (this is why our prices are so low!)
Our return policy is based exclusively upon that
of our vendors. We apologize for any inconvenience
that this may cause. Customers can return new
items after the fifteen day period, but will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee after the 15 days
(plus the 25% fee for orders of $200+),
then a 10% restocking fee for each week after the
15 day period. Example: if an order is returned 4
weeks after purchase, the restocking fee is
35%.
Augusta Sportswear: No
returns will be accepted on merchandise
that is removed from original packaging.
Pro Towels: Does not accept
returns or exchanges.
Items that
have been washed, embroidered, screen printed or
altered in any way so as to no longer be new and
able to be sold as new cannot be returned.
You
need a Return Authorization number prior to
sending back a purchase.
That number must be
visible on the shipping label or the shipment will
be refused and returned by the
carrier.
The
return number may be requested via email or
phone.
If
you request a return via
EMAIL, tell us what items(s) you are
returning. You
will be asked for your invoice, date of order and
purchase order number, so please refer to the
packing slip when asking for an
RA.
The
manufacturer ships from
six warehouses across the United States, and the
return will be to the warehouse that filled your
order. Do NOT return product to the
California address found on the shipping
label. Use the address provided on the
return authorization email. Refunds are made by
to the customer's credit card.
Postage /
shipping cost on returns is credited to a customer
only when the item received is not the item
ordered. Shipping costs for items that were
shipped accurately are the responsibility of the
customer. Decorated (embroidered or screen
printed) items are not eligible for
return.
Warranty: Claims due to manufacturer
defects in either workmanship or
material are the sole responsibility of
the manufacturer. Clothing 4 All, Inc.,
its agents and assigns will assist in
every way to resolve such matters when
they arise, but are not responsible in
any manner whatsoever for the
aforementioned.
