When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt. If
your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the
next business day. Subject to availability. In the event the products you
ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may
vary.
All orders shipped are trackable. Customers will receive tracking information of
shipped orders directly by email on the day after shipment.
NOTE: If you do not receive an email with tracking information,
make sure to check your "Spam" or "Bulk" box
I ordered embroidery or monogramming, how long does this take?
Although each job is different, normally it takes 10 business days.
More advanced jobs will take longer.
