IMPORTANT: Garment measurements provided by any manufacturer are approximate and serve as a guide but will not necessarily provide a precise measure. In the vast majority of instances when measured, the charts are correct Clothing4All has trademarked the phrase TRUE TO SIZE and feels it important for online shoppers to know that there is NO such standard in the garment industry. Clothing4All does more than any other online clothing company, providing size charts and video demonstrations to assist our customers in coming as close as electronically possible to getting a good fit the first time. Do NOT purchase any garment if you are depending upon the measurement found in the description or chart. In such circumstances you should buy from a store where you can wear or measure before purchase as no two garments are exactly alike.
Holidays, Birthdays or other national or personal events are not considered with regard to the number of days (most brands are 21 days) from the date an order is placed, to which a return may be requested. Please do not purchase an item from our website if Christmas or other date sensitive events are a factor, as we buy from embroidery & screen printing suppliers who are not seasonal. Our vendors will not accept such returns that cannot be delivered by us within 30 days of purchase.

If we have shipped your product in error, sending you something that is not what you ordered, such as you ordered a size large, we shipped a size small; Clothing4All will send you the correct item or fund your purchase. Before you purchase a large order, we suggest you place a test order. Large orders can cost everyone time and no one is happy with such a return due to lost time and shipping / handling expense.
Returns for orders of $300 or greater are returned to the manufacturer, and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. This restocking fee is not negotiable so please do not hesitate to call us before placing an order of this size as we certainly want you to be happy with your purchase the first time and do not want you to pay a restocking fee. Boxercraft has a return policy of five (5) days from date of shipment. All returns for reasons other than being shipped the wrong item / size / color has a restocking fee of $30.00 or 25% of the value of the order, whichever fee is greater. Example: You want to send back a $5.00 item, the restocking fee is $30. They have no exceptions to this policy for any reason other than a shipping error. RESTOCKING FEES: In Your Face, MOCO, and BLUEprint have a restocking fee of 25% . They have no exceptions to this policy for
any reason other than a shipping error. Stormtech has a 10% restocking fee for all orders returned after 21 days.
On all other brands, if you are not satisfied with any item, excluding closeout,
embroidered, screen printed, altered or washed items, return
it to us within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date for a refund of
its purchase price; with the exception of the returns of Augusta and Edwards brands of
products which must be returned within fourteen days (14) of the purchase date.
Our suppliers sell to embroiderers and screen printers. Their
conditions of sale and return are different than that of retailers. Clothing 4
All, Inc. does not stock / inventory product. We purchase from over ten
suppliers, more than fifty brands, from approximately twenty warehouse locations
throughout the United States.
We do not do exchanges. Merely place a new order via phone or
internet for the items desired. Your returned items will be credited to your
card when processed.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 8 business days once we receive your
return. Shortly after, you'll receive an e-mail message confirming your
refund.
No returns accepted after (14-days for Augusta or Edwards) or (21-days on all
other brands) from date of purchase. Returns of a dollar value in excess of $300
are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Order ID: Most sales orders start with number 180, such as:
18021234.
Postage on all returns is paid by the customer, unless the
item ordered is not the item received or if the item is defective. Call customer
service if such an event occurred.
You must ship your unwanted items within 21 days from the
date you place your order. ALL orders shipped after twenty-one days from the
date your order was placed will be refused and charged $9.99 for return
shipping.
Closeouts
These are not seconds,
damaged, etc. In fact, we offer a DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you
receive anything other than new, name brand clothing!
All closeout items
are sold with no returns allowed, unless the item received is not the same as
the item ordered. If you ordered a large, or a certain color etc, and did not
get the item as described, then it is returnable.
Items that have been washed,
embroidered, screen printed or altered in any way so as to no longer be new and
able to be sold as new cannot be returned.
Please read these special instructions for the following:
Neil Allyn: Shirts cannot be returned. All other Neil Allyn
items can be returned, No item(s) can be returned if altered.
The Return Authorization number must be visible on the shipping label or the
shipment will be refused and returned by the carrier. Refunds
are made to the customer's credit card.
Postage / shipping cost on returns is credited to a customer only when the
item received is not the item ordered. Shipping costs for items that were
shipped accurately are the responsibility of the customer. Decorated
(embroidered or screen printed) items are not eligible for return.
Warranty: Claims due to manufacturer defects in either workmanship or
material are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Clothing 4 All, Inc.,
its agents and assigns will assist in every way to resolve such matters when
they arise, but are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for the
aforementioned.
